Tender sliced beef fried in pure clarified butter with garlic, onions, red chili pepper

+ Ye-Doro Wat

Chicken marinated in lemon juice, stewed in a berbere sauce, and hard boiled egg

+ Ye-Tikil Gomen

Lightly spiced white cabbage, potatoes and carrots, with garlic, onions and ginger

+ Gomen Wat

Spinach, ginger, garlic, onions and  red chilli cooked in a mild sauce
